What we do
Both services below appear on our tax patent as licensed business activities. Use them separately, or let us buy the goods and deliver them in the same job.
We pick up, carry and deliver goods for businesses that would rather not run their own fleet. Every job is quoted before it starts, and you get proof of delivery when it ends.
Priced per trip, per load or by monthly contract.
We act as your agent for trade done over the internet. You tell us what to buy or what to sell; we handle the sourcing, the seller, the order and the handover, for an agreed commission.
Commission agreed in writing before we buy or sell anything.
A cost breakdown you approve before the work starts. No charges you did not agree to.
Receipts, order references and proof of delivery kept for every job and shared with you.
Invoices issued by a registered Cambodian company, ready for your own accounts.
How we work
Send the goods, quantity, pickup point and destination — or a link to what you want bought online.
We come back with the price, the commission if any, and how long it will take.
Once you approve, we place the order or collect the load and keep you updated while it moves.
You sign for the goods and receive the invoice with all supporting records attached.
What we handle
If it is legal to trade in Cambodia and it fits on a truck, we can usually quote for it. Tell us the weight, the volume and the route.
Same-day and next-day collection and delivery inside the capital, including the industrial zones and markets.
Scheduled runs to provincial towns. Tell us the route and we confirm the next available trip.
For online purchases from foreign sellers we place the order, receive the shipment and deliver it to your door.
Credentials
Anyone can promise to carry your goods or spend your money online. Here is the paperwork that says we are a real company you can hold responsible.
All three documents are held at our registered office at #29E0, Street 506, Chamkar Mon, Phnom Penh, and we send copies to any customer who asks before signing with us.
About us
Vajira Trading Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Phnom Penh on 26 June 2018 as a private limited company, represented by its owner, Mr. Som Vannak. We work from an office in Chamkar Mon and serve traders, shop owners, online sellers and small importers who need goods collected, carried and delivered, or who need someone local and accountable to buy and sell on their behalf online.
We are deliberately a direct business. You speak to the people doing the work, prices are agreed in writing before anything moves, and every job leaves a record you can check later.
The quote you approve is the amount on the invoice. Any change is discussed before it happens.
We track each load ourselves and tell you straight away if something goes wrong.
When we buy on commission, you see the supplier price and our commission as separate lines.
Registered company, current tax patent, invoices your accountant can use.
